  1.  Input from Board Members about use of the Old School by Good News Art, by Jessica Caldas
  2. The Park and Recreation MASTERPLAN by Ashley Stathatos
  3. Progress of the new Douglas Center by Thomas Henry
  4. Repairs that have been done  by Thomas Henry
  5.  Update on Sports, by Thomas Henry
  6. New sports director 
    • Volleyball will now have scheduling, shirts, trophies done by Alachua Sports
    • Soccer,  the Coaches will take charge of scheduling, shirts, trophies
