The Office of the City Clerk
The City Clerk's Office is the custodian of all City records.  This office shall give notice of all meetings of the City Commission and appointed Boards, and keep minutes of the proceedings.  The City Clerk prepares agendas.  The City Clerk shall authenticate by signature and be custodian of resolutions, ordinances, and other official documents.  This Office records the sale of cemetery spaces and maintains records of burial.  The City Clerk serves as supervisor of elections for the City's elections.  This Office also serves as the Personnel Office for the City to include the responsibilities of employee recruitment, workers compensation and employment benefits administration.

The City Clerk is Jenny L. Parham, CMC. 

About Jenny Parham
Ms Parham was appointed City Clerk in 2011 and served as Deputy City Clerk since 2007.  She previously has seved as Assistant City Clerk from 2004-2007 and prior to that as Assistant Deputy City Clerk.  Ms Parham has worked for the City of High Springs for a total of 24 years.   Ms Parham is a graduate of Columbia High School and has attended Santa Fe Community College.  She is a graduate of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC).  She was designated as a "Certifed Municipal Clerk" in January of 2007 and is currently working on obtaining the "Master Municipal Clerk" designation.
