TOPICS
1. PRESENTATION BY ASHLEY MCDONOUGH, MAIN STREET MANAGER, ON THE 2008/2009 ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE MAIN STREET PROGRAM.
2. CONSIDER AWARDING THE MAIN STREET PROGRAM THE ANNUAL GRANT OF $30,000 TO ENCOURAGE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE DOWNTOWN AND TO PROMOTE BUSINESS FOR HIGH SPRINGS.
