2. DISCUSS THE DOWNTOWN BANNER PROGRAM.

 

3. DISCUSS SUPPORTING A USDA GRANT FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE DOWNTOWN PARKING PLAN (SW QUADRANT).

4. DISCUSS THE POTENTIAL OF CREATING A BUY-BACK GRANT PROGRAM FOR NON-CONFORMING NEON SIGNS IN THE CRA DISTRICT.
