Code Board

The Code Enforcement Board is a quasi-judicial panel that oversees enforcement of city ordinances within the city limits of High Springs.
This citizen board hears cases presented by the Codes Enforcement Officer followed by counter arguments by the property owner.
The board then decides whether to find the porperty owner in non-compliance and any sanctions to be imposed.
